Representing The Brand
As a franchise partner you are expected to represent the A2Z Services brand positively at all times. The success of our band name is as important to each franchise partner as it is to us the franchisors.
To help represent the brand franchise partner will be required to
- Wear a clean A2Z Services uniform
- Use official A2Z Services stationery and marketing material when representing the brand.
- Drive a branded A2Z Services vehicle and maintain it in excellent condition
- Not comment on the business to the media without express authority from the franchisor.
The Brand
The A2Z Services is all about efficient and effective services, with genuine customer service.
Our Brand Promise
A2Z Services brand promise is to be ‘the best of the best’ providing outstanding services coupled with exemplary customer service.
The Logo
Our logo is the single most identifiable representation of our brand. The name A2Z suggests a comprehensive range of services and the gecko on top represented our remote and rural work.
Uniforms
A2Z Services uniforms are as follows:
- A2Z Services polo shirt
- Navy or khaki work shorts or cargo pants, or dark blue denim jeans (rip free) purchased anywhere
- Work boots
- PPE
Five sets of uniforms will be supplied to franchise partners as part of the initial franchise fee. Subsequent uniforms can be purchased via Head Office.
All uniforms must be clean and free of rips, stains, paint and grease etc.

Dress Code
The Face of the Business – Personal Appearance
Franchise partners and their staff are to have good personal hygiene. Examples include the following:
- no excessive body odour
- hair is clean and tidy
- cuts or abrasions are covered
As this list shows, there are many things to think about when dressing for work.
Get in the habit of showing up every day for work looking like a professional.

Business Cards
Each franchise partner will be supplied with 500 Business Cards when they commence the franchise. Subsequent business cards can be purchased via head office.
Signed Vehicle
Franchise partners will be required to drive a signed vehicle. The type of vehicle will depend on the franchise division.
Most divisions will require a single cab or dual cab Ute newer than 10 years old with the ability to tow a trailer
The franchisor is available to discuss the various options.
Each vehicle will be sign written as part of the franchise package.
