Quality Management Policy

Purpose:

The QMS, EMS and WPHS and all supporting policy is endorsed by Directors of A2Z services and the importance of this policy will be communicated to all employee/workers, contractors, visitors, suppliers and other external bodies as relevant.

The Senior Management at A2Z Services is committed to promoting the use of a process-based approach to quality and environment management and that decisions made within the company are considered using risk-based thinking.  A2Z Services will ensure that the effective mix of resources is made available to achieve the outputs required against our customers’ requirements.

A2Z Servicesis committed to the identification, evaluation, reporting of non-conformances, management review and communication to all workers to ensure quality objectives are met and procedures are effective in promoting continual improvement.

Policy:

All these manuals and procedures as well as their supporting policy forms and registers are endorsed by the directors and the importance of this policy will be communicated to all employee/workers, contractors, visitors, suppliers and other external bodies as relevant. A2Z Services is committed to managing the environmental impact of our business processes. It is our policy to ensure that any work carried out within the scope of the business is conducted in an environmentally aware and responsible manner and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.

This commitment extends to ensuring that operations do not unnecessarily endanger flora, fauna, sensitive areas, sites of heritage and/or indigenous importance or, present concerns to members of the public and community. Or intent therefore, is to:

•           Promote environmental awareness within the company and encourage employees to work in an environmentally responsible manner;

•           Continually improve our practices to prevent pollution and harm to the environment;

•           Have in place a framework for setting and reviewing our environmental objectives and targets;

•           Train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may affect their work; and

•           Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.

The Environmental Management Policy is deemed appropriate for A2Z Services and includes a commitment to comply with the EMS and continual improvement.

The Environmental Management Policy is communicated throughout A2Z Services through induction manuals, training events and by being displayed prominently throughout the organisation site in the offices in Alice Springs and on the intranet and our website and on the intranet and our website. Any use of printed versions should be checked for accuracy against the current electronic version.

The Nominated Environmental Manager will review the Environmental Management Policy in consultation with relevant persons at regular intervals (annually), or sooner when deemed necessary.

Customer Focus

Management Team at head office in Alice Springs are committed to ensuring customer requirements are met and efforts are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction whilst meeting A2Z Services’ statutory and regulatory requirements.  We do this by ensuring that we understand and consistently meet the customers and regulatory requirements with regards to the products and services we deliver.

Whilst ensuring and maintaining our customer focus, our company will identify risks and opportunities associated with the conformity of our products and services against our customer and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Management Policy is deemed appropriate for A2Z Services and includes a commitment to comply with the QMS and continual improvement.

Quality Policy Statement

A2Z Services has experience and expertise in the provision of clinical, specialist and general cleaning; yard services; carpet cleaning and pest control.

It is our policy to ensure that any work carried out within the scope of the business complies with the Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.

Office Manager / Client Relations has been appointed as the Management Representative for the purposes of the Quality Management System. The Management Representative has the full support of A2Z Services to establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with this manual, AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 and other applicable regulations, standards and guidance.
