Communication Policy

 Purpose:

The purpose of this policy is to define, document and communicate the communications policy and procedures for all elements of the A2Z Services OMS. This procedure applies to all activities across all operational areas of A2Z Services business.

Policy:

Communication methods will be developed and documented to provide internal and external communications when required and include:

  • The content of the communications;
  • The time or when the communications are to be distributed;
  • With whom the communications are sent to;
  • The medium for which the communication is delivered; and
  • Who is the responsible person for the communications?

Internal communication:

A2Z Servicesconducts regular meetings where quality plans, objectives and targets are discussed, measured and reviewed. Using existing communication structures, such as consultative arrangements, intranet, email and controlled copies of documents, departmental meetings, the Management Team ensures that information is effectively communicated throughout the company.

External Communications:

Where external communication is undertaken management will consider the nature the communication and decide on whether and how to respond. The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining records of each external stakeholder communication.
