Full Description of Incident

arrived at the site on Friday, 10th November 2023 at 8 am, and started working on the big complex unit 32 Kurrajong Drive. While we were in the process of completing Unit 19 and preparing to move to the next ones, unfortunately, there was an incident where a pipe snapped and hit a tenant's car bonnet. This happened at around 10:15 am.
As soon as the incident occurred, we immediately informed both the client and our insurance brokers to address the situation promptly.
