12:51pm I rang her back and was on the phone to her of a total of 16min her number was – 0418899498 – Maria. She is an owner to one of the units at 95/34 5 Kempe Street The Gap.

She advised that when she rang that the gutter cleaning crew left 5 minutes ago which puts it at a time of roughly 12:40pm.
She went up and asked the older guy with a kinda white beard what was going on cause the units 5,4&6 were not done. The guy with the beard told her that they didn’t need doing that they were clean enough.
She explained to me that they did not even put the machine up on the roof or down the pipes. She also said that she put in an email complaint to whittles to suggest that they look for other gutter cleaning crew.
She wanted the guys back out there this afternoon to finish the job properly. Maria told told me that there was other guy with him that had a cap on and glasses so she didn’t get a good look at his face.

She told me that the gutters from 2 years ago didn’t get cleaned properly and her roof suffered from rain coming in to her roof which then she had to get insurance in to get her roof fixed.

This job was also booked in for last Thursday and is only getting done today.
