Transfer
You shall not sell, assign, transfer, or in any other way dispose of, the whole or part of any of the rights in relation to your A2Z Services Centre, without the prior written consent of A2Z Services.
The granting of a franchise to a potential purchaser is not automatic. A2Z Services must first give approval to the potential franchise partner and comply with the requirements of the Franchising Code of Conduct (or such other statutory requirements in your relevant state, region or territory) before a new franchise can be granted.
The purchaser, if considered suitable by A2Z Services, will be sent our Disclosure Document and will go through the exact same process as you went through in your introduction to A2Z Services. Please remember that approving a new franchise partner is not automatic and A2Z Services abides by the processes established for transferring a franchise as per the Franchising Code of Conduct. Therefore, once the required documents have been signed off by the purchaser, a Franchise Agreement must be entered into by the purchaser.
Renewal
If you wish to renew your agreement for an additional term, please contact Head Office who will guide you through the process. You must ensure that you contact the Head Office during the time periods set out in your Agreement for renewal.
