OM00067 – Franchisee Guaranteed Income Scheme

A2Z Services provide franchise partners with a guaranteed income of $75 000 in the first 12 months.  As the business will take time to grow the guaranteed income is offered over a sliding scale each quarter.

In Quarter 1: the total guaranteed income amount is $9 000 (GST inc)

In Quarter 2: the total guaranteed income amount is $18 000 (GST inc)

In Quarter 3: the total guaranteed income amount is $24 000 (GST inc)

In Quarter 4: the total guaranteed income amount is $24 000 (GST inc)

The amount of the guarantee will be $75 000 per annum and is paid as top up percentage of 50%. The 50% represents the approximate net profit after costs.

All payments will be paid 2 weeks after reconciling each quarter.

For example:

Note the following conditions apply to the guaranteed income. The franchise partner must:

  1. Make minimum 15 Facebook posts to community notice board each month in your allocated area.
  • Franchise partners must be active members of at least one networking group (for example, chamber of commerce, or BNI).
  • Franchise partner must have at least 4 face to face meetings per month with potential business clients e.g. Real Estate Agents, Aged Care Providers etc.
